I have been trying to request a service since December but it is impossible to make a reservation by phone or email. At the end of December I called and the recorded voice informed me that they would reopen the cup from January 9th. I called back on January 9th and in the following days the dedicated number and remained on hold and as soon as my turn came the recorded voice repeated to me that all the operators were busy and had cut the line. Once I even booked a callback but when they called me and I answered (on the third ring) they hung up on me. I sent the email last week and although they write (with automatic response) that they will respond within 48/72 hours, I have not yet received any response. Change of structure. Compliments

I have just recently undergone rectocele surgery performed with professionalism and skill by Dr. Marcello Caruana! Brilliant colon proctologist from the Macchiarella Clinic. I must thank all the nursing staff on the third floor, who welcomed and cared for me with professionalism, kindness and ability, all very rare things to find in other public and private facilities that I have "visited" in the remote and recent past... In In particular my compliments go to the head of the room, Enza Maria Palermo who was welcoming, very polite, followed and monitored me with efficiency and discretion!! Congratulations also to the very good "fairy hands", the nurse Gian Paolo who has never given me various types of needles necessary for post-surgery therapy!! Excellent bar service, amiably conducted by Mrs. Vanessa, who uses quality and delicious products! Thanks to the kind lady at the reception who directed me and welcomed me first into the Clinic. I highly recommend all those who wish to see their health problems resolved in an effective and safe manner, without unnecessary waste of time and exhausting phone calls, to contact to the many medical specialists of the Macchiarella Clinic!! Applause goes to Dr. Barreca, with her smile and incessant daily commitment, she has aroused my admiration for her dedication and professional commitment towards the patients who turn to her.

Nothing to add to this clinic. I had 2 operations with Dr. Biagio Macchiarella and the anesthetist Pirrone, the first for the gallbladder on 27/02/23 and the second for the sleeve gastrectomy on 11/04/23, again with Dr. Biagio Macchiarella and the anesthetist Pirrone. The staff, the nurses are all unique in everything they do, always ready for any need and always with a smile. I will never forget you.. especially for the patience they had like me. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart and always continue like this with that smile, with that word of comfort and kindness towards everyone. Good job to all of you ❤️

What can I say, surgical doctors Dr. Macchiarella, Dr. Avola, anesthetist Dr. Pirrone, my gastrenterologist Dr. Teresa Li Vigni, unique, professional humans, I was assisted in a humane way for a Sigma resection operation, and I found myself as if in a family Thanks to everyone, thanks to the entire surgery department that I saw again today after two months, I love you. Thanks to the uniquely humane and sensitive room manager, and to Doctor Barreca who pampered me on Monday and was very thoughtful in making sure I did all the tests straight away. Thank you 🙏🏼 Thanks to all of you doctors, nurses, radiology and also the concierge staff. Thank you. Thank you from your patient Ermellino Rosalia 🥰🥰🥰 And forgive me if sometimes I haven't been very patient but sometimes suffering makes you do this but you are unique in alleviating the suffering of all of us patients. Thank you very much ❤️

Macchiarella Clinic 10 cum laude It is impossible to describe the quality of the assistance service I received, there are not enough adjectives of praise for all the staff, nurses, young but with the professionalism and preparation of those who have been doing this job for decades, assistants or managers who lovingly respond to all the needs of the patients (those who have been hospitalized know what I'm referring to), orderlies and various staff, they too, have had that word of comfort which helps, I assure you it helps with the mood and therefore also with recovery. For last I leave the obviously most important part, namely the operation, performed by the doctor. Mosca, as soon as he took office, fixed a displaced fracture of the tibia, fibula and tibial plateau, a bad, bad situation, an interview before the operation, immediately after (I was alert) and the following morning, explaining all the phases to me and personally doing the first dressing. In three days he got me on my feet, with no load on my leg, but with crutches I can have some autonomy I haven't forgotten the anesthetist, who explained to me how the sedation (spinal) would go and the nurse in the room who didn't leave me for a moment, even taking my hands in his, because the cold I feel is truly so much so even with the thermal blanket, thanks also to the rest of the staff in the room. In short, he left on Wednesday anguished after 60 hours from an emergency room (where despite everything, everyone, and I mean everyone, works themselves to death but cannot provide a 100% service with the tools they have at their disposal) entered immediately after the Macchiarella with the mood skyrocketing after the first wheel of the stretcher crossed the threshold. Monday at home (it could also have been Sunday) Clean, tidy and very organised, which clearly leads all the staff to work with a smile even during night shifts Good food, hot and quite varied (let's not take it for granted) this also helps. An affectionate greeting to my roommates, Rosario and Alex, who I tortured with my logorrhea and who even got me through the hospitalization with a few laughs (comforting each other played an important part) Hospitalization cannot be recommended, but if necessary, reaching Macchiarella is the best thing that can happen.

Kindness, friendliness and smiling availability of the splendid Ginevra and Luana during my pre-hospitalization. The two reception assistants know how to make the patients who enter the nursing home feel at ease. A thousand thanks

Impossible to contact the clinic to book a visit. The centralized voice tells you that you will be called back but no one calls you. Terrible! People call because they are ill and have an emergency. Don't call to book a holiday! Indecent
